If the toll charge occurred within the last 180 days, you can submit an online dispute by logging into your account and following the directions below. Otherwise you can call the NY E-ZPass and Tolls by Mail Customer Service Center at 1-800-333-8655.



Website:

1. Select View All in the Recent Transactions box
2. Use the filter at the top right to help locate the transaction
3. Select Detail, click on Dispute Transaction, and follow the instructions

Mobile App:

1. Select the transactions icon at the bottom of the screen
2. Use the filter at the top right to help locate the transaction
3. Tap the transaction you would like to dispute
4. Select Dispute at the bottom of the screen and follow the instructions
